Kimberly Hornik

Kimberly Hornik is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at IntegrityM.  Mrs. Hornik is responsible for leading IntegrityM’s growth across federal, state, and commercial markets, while leading the company’s compliance program. 

Mrs. Hornik has more than 20 years of experience establishing and overseeing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and state laws governing privacy, security, business conduct, and conflicts of interest. 

Prior to joining IntegrityM, Mrs. Hornik served as HMS Federal’s Federal Compliance and Privacy Officer and Contract Administrator, where she was responsible for oversight, administration, and implementation of the HMS Federal corporate compliance program. She also supported business development in the federal marketplace.

Mrs. Hornik received a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management with distinction from Nova Southeastern University and her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Hornik is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.
