Integrity Management Services, Inc. (IntegrityM) is pleased to announce its achievement of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001:2015 certification establishes the criteria for quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, commitment of executive management, implementation of consistent business processes and continuous improvement.
IntegrityM’s quality management system was assessed by Performance Review Institute(PRI) Registrar, a full-service non-profit certification body accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).

The award of ISO 9001:2015 certification indicates IntegrityM’s implementation of a quality management system that enables it to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
