IntegrityM’s C.O.D.A. (COVID-19 Outreach Digital Assistant) was selected as a winner of a 2021 Innovation Award by ACT-IAC, a non-profit recognized as the premier public-private partner for the government tech community.
C.O.D.A. is IntegrityM’s proprietary AI chatbot that harnesses powerful natural language processing (NLP) to streamline current public safety efforts that have arisen as a result of the novel 2019 coronavirus. C.O.D.A. aims to improve existing public outreach infrastructure by addressing major hurdles: latency, accuracy, labor-intensive processes and costs.
The creation of the AI tool was spearheaded by IntegrityM’s Chief Technology Officer, Swathi Young, who recently co-authored the AI Playbook, a framework to help federal agencies implement AI products and solutions.
“The pandemic took both private and public organizations by storm,” remarked Young. “We developed C.O.D.A. in response to help organizations as they initiate re-entry of the workplace. We are immensely pleased to see its potential to facilitate recovery efforts recognized in this way.”
Winners were notified electronically Tuesday, May 4, 2021, and will be formally announced during the Emerging Technology and Innovation Conference, which takes place May 25-26. The conference was created to focus on the innovations and emerging technologies that are on the forefront of change in Federal IT.
The virtual conference is open to government personnel at no cost.
