IntegrityM Chief Technology Officer Swathi Young has been selected by a panel of current and former Federal and Industry leaders from across the Federal IT sector for the G2xchange 2020 Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Award. These awards recognize and celebrate women guiding, mentoring, and driving the industry through their impactful leadership; driving technology and business transformation and modernization; and/or driving efforts to initiate the next positive disruption that will truly change how Federal agencies support their mission.
“We are excited to see Swathi’s talent and impact being recognized by the G2xchange community,” said Nisha Shajahan, President and CEO of Integrity Management Services. “She is a dynamic force in the tech industry and an invaluable asset to the IntegrityM team as we drive change in the federal space through strategic innovation.”
Mrs. Young joined IntegrityM in 2020 to spearhead the organization’s technology arm and innovation efforts. Her career highlights include successfully steering a product rollout for Amtrak reservation systems handling 30+ million users and $2 billion in revenue; designing product architecture and roadmaps for new SunGard products with target revenues of $32 million per year; and launching the business model for a SaaS-based solution with a target revenue of $80 million. Mrs. Young founded and runs DC Emerging Technologies, an active, industry-oriented group that now boasts over 2,000 technocrats. The group focuses on harnessing emerging and disruptive technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), 3D Printing, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, AI applications, and more. Its sessions aim to bridge the gaps between tech architects, managers, researchers, design engineers and entrepreneurs, giving experts a platform and equipping innovators with the knowledge and resources they need to turn theory into application with emerging tech.
Previously, Mrs. Young spent two years as a mentor with Startups Ignite, teaching tech entrepreneurs strategies and best practices for identifying product market fit, go-to-market strategies, design thinking and using agile processes.
