Integrity Management Services Inc. (IntegrityM) is pleased to announce that Jennifer Tryder, Program Director, and John Hapchuk, Healthcare Regulatory Consultant, have been selected to deliver their presentation at the Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA) 2018 Managed Care Compliance Conference. HCCA, a member-based association for compliance professionals in the healthcare provider field, was established in 1996. HCCA exists to champion ethical practice and compliance standards and to provide the necessary resources for ethics and compliance professionals and others who share these principles. Scheduled for February 11-14, 2018 in Scottsdale, Arizona, The Managed Care Compliance Conference is the primary networking and educational event for those involved with managing compliance in health plans.
Ms. Tryder and Mr. Hapchuk’s presentation is titled, “Where the Rubber Hits the Road: Expert Tips and Techniques to Proactively Assess Your Organization’s Compliance with the New Encounter Data Reporting Requirements.” This presentation will explore and decipher regulatory guidance and discuss the importance of establishing key compliance program requirements to assess and monitor encounter data transactions within Medicaid Managed Care Programs.

Jennifer Tryder
Ms. Tryder is a Program Director at IntegrityM, specializing in CMS Regulation, Corporate Compliance and Project Management. Ms. Tryder holds both an AHIMA RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) and HCCA CHC (Certified in Health Care Compliance) credential. Ms. Tryder is a dedicated and goal-oriented healthcare professional with over 16 years of experience in the implementation and management of healthcare compliance, auditing, and oversight programs. She has a strong understanding of healthcare data and State and Federal regulations including Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, ARRA, and HITECH. She also has proven ability developing successful programs that audit and assess compliance and risk-related vulnerabilities, based on industry and regulatory mandates.
John Hapchuk
Mr. Hapchuk is a Healthcare Regulatory Consultant with over 40 years of government auditing experience. Prior to his work with IntegrityM, he served as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Assistant Inspector General for Audit Management and Policy. In that capacity, he performed and oversaw a variety of highly complex advisory and program management services. Since 2011, he has been a Senior Associate with IntegrityM, working on a variety of consulting assignments involving Medicaid Integrity Contractors, the Medicare drug benefit, Medicaid nursing home payments, the Medicare wage index, and State regulatory activities. He is a recognized expert in assuring that financial and performance audits and reviews are properly planned, efficiently executed, compliant with Federal Government financial standards and controls and that the results are evidenced-based and presented in a clear and concise manner. His efforts have greatly contributed to reducing errors and helped to assure that funds are only expended on beneficial program-related activities.
