Leading women-owned small business Integrity Management Services, Inc. (IntegrityM), is pleased to announce that Swathi Young has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Swathi will spearhead the delivery of innovative digital solutions for clients and optimize infrastructure for associated implementation, integration and operational processes.
Swathi brings 20+ years of technology experience to the firm. Her previous roles have included leadership positions at Amtrak, Sungard, GE, and Oracle, among others. She has led over 100 projects globally across the e-commerce, supply chain, technology and financial sectors. Most recently, she co-authored a newly launched AI Playbook to guide federal agencies’ understanding and application of AI for their missions. Swathi is passionate about using emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to increase capacity and sharpen organizational performance.

Outside of the office, Swathi is a brand ambassador for Women in AI, and a board member for the Girls in STEM program at Loudoun County High School. She also runs the DC Emerging Technologies Group, an industry interest group centered on applied AI and other emerging technology. In 2019 alone, she shared her expertise at dozens of industry events and conferences across the USA and is currently slated to appear at SXSW 2020 to discuss “Exposing Bias in AI.”
