ALEXANDRIA, VA: On January 28, 2021, Women in Technology (WIT) named IntegrityM Chief Technology Officer, Swathi Young as a finalist for the WIT Leadership Awards “STEM Leadership” category. This annual awards program “identifies, recognizes and celebrates female professionals who are leaders in the technology field and bring a unique vision and talent to the industry.”

Mrs. Young joined IntegrityM in 2020 to spearhead the organization’s technology arm and innovation efforts. She has led the firm’s efforts to tailor emerging technologies for federal clients, successfully rolling out innovations such as A.I. chatbot, C.O.D.A, and leading strategy development for technology solutions to enhance the mission of our clients. This includes public health initiatives and fraud, waste, and abuse prevention and detection in healthcare programs.
Mrs. Young brings over two decades of technology experience and has led digital transformation projects globally – in Belgium, India, and the U.S. – across e-commerce, supply chain, financial, and healthcare sectors. She is a Women in A.I. Ambassador for Washington, D.C. where she mentors girls and women to advance their careers in A.I. In 2020, Mrs. Young was selected to be a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where she shares her expert insights in original business articles on Forbes.com.
All WIT Leadership Award finalists will be recognized at the 22nd Annual Leadership Awards virtually on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
