Natasha Williams
Natasha Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at IntegrityM, overseeing operations to deliver continual business growth. She is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of organizational processes while managing multi-million dollar contracts – ensuring program delivery requirements and customer service expectations are met.
A healthcare industry professional with over 20 years of commitment, leadership, oversight, and implementation experience in operations, information management, and quality assurance, Ms. Williams has successfully led organizational operations and strategic initiatives for IntegrityM while supporting business and product development.
Prior to joining IntegrityM, Ms. Williams provided subject matter expertise in the areas of quality improvement, process management and improvement, and training. As the Director of Operations, she maintained and carried out an Information Management program for the FACIS™ database system, including research, content acquisition, content management, quality assurance, content preservation, and product delivery to the client base.
Ms. Williams has been an adjunct faculty member of the Prince George’s County Community College Philosophy Department for 15 years, teaching courses in Philosophy with an emphasis on Metaphysics, Epistemology, Applied Ethics, and Biomedical Ethics.
Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Rochester and a Master of Arts in Applied Philosophy from Bowling Green State University.
