Cheryl L. Gordon

Cheryl Gordon is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at IntegrityM. In her role, Mrs. Gordon oversees the financial management of IntegrityM and, together with her partners, has set the vision for the growth of the employees, community service, and industry engagement. Under Mrs. Gordon’s leadership, IntegrityM has grown from a wholly-owned subsidiary with less than $1 million in revenue to its own women-owned small business entity with $12 million in revenue.

A CPA with more than 20 years of experience, Mrs. Gordon has been instrumental in the development and growth of multiple businesses in the healthcare industry. She has implemented accounting systems and developed financial departments and procedures to manage both commercial and government sector clients.  Mrs. Gordon oversees and ensures compliance with financial regulations including Government cost accounting standards and practices. She has led pricing strategies for many successful proposals to include HHS, OPM, and DOD (Tricare).

Mrs. Gordon received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon College (Elon University). She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the AICPA and Virginia Society of CPAs.
